As a reseller you are allowed to pursue opportunities outside of your agreed territory/country, providing another party has not already registered the prospect and is actively dealing with it. See conditions

Please note that 'Out of Territory' registered prospects carry the same conditions as 'In Territory' registered prospects. Please refer to conditions.
